You could call your local motorola dealer and order that stuff through them. You will pay top dollar but will avoid all of the "something doesn't work right" problems. The rib is something like "R*N4008".

You could spend weeks reading through all of the problems people have, and its amazing how many start with..... "I just got this cable from E-Bay.........."
