Default Xts 5000

Im to lazy to go to my department comm off does anyone know how to turn the "deep" that an XTS 5000 does randomly. It does it randomly (as i said) and when theres a dispatch.

Well I'm thinking that the "beep" you are describing may be a Priority scan beep which is set in the programming software. It's a WAG with the lack of detail you posted. If that's the case, then it will need to go to the radio shop to have that setting changed.

MECA wont alter one persons code plug because they don't like a beep, so being lazy has nothing to do with it. They are not using priority scan in the manner you mentioned.
