It is actually under Radio Config on the display page. There is a checkbox for PTT ID. Dont forget to check the box for "scan ID display" if you want ID to show for landed scan list members.

Also, be sure to have the correct NAC for conventional channels and NOT F7E. F7E, while passing all NAC's, will strip selective data from the inbound signal including ID's and they will not be displayed regardless of the PTT ID setting.
