Default Radio Programing

I have 2 GP380 on a repeater, from time to time the radio seem to get stuck signaling each other and it ties up the repeater and creates an annoyance and a hassle for everyone on the repeater. When they start signaling each other everyone hears the tones they send, turning one of the two radios off fixes the problem for a little wile. I know its in my "signaling" programing of the radios but im at a loss for what to do! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Cheers
