Motorola Astro Spectra codeplug

I have a astro spectra i cant program this unit as i think it has been programed with the latest cps (code plug to new for this application)
what i am after is a codeplug that has been done in dos or cps below r 03.00.00 or may be a srecord
i should be able to clone back to dos with a dos codeplug must have same model number and flash code
flash code is not as important if a srecord is supplied

any help would be great
