Default Programming a max-trac, and a spectra

I just picked up 3 radios, 1 max-trac, and 2 spectra. At popular prices I might add.
I have zilch experience with these. I would like to get them programmed talk around only, and on the personal radio freqs down around 151. Mhz

For both though, you'll need a really old DOS computer to program them and all appropriate cables.
How many radios can one man own? Don't ask stupid questions.
