Default Minitor III?

Does anyone know where I can get a Minitor III programmed for my FD dispatch? We don't have anymore minitors at our station so I bought my own awhile back, and I need it programmed. I know the tones and stuff it needs programmed, I just don't have the money to spend on a programming cradle and software.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Default Minitor lll Programing

Hi--I don't know where your from but a place called Metro-Com in Bedford Hills, NY does this and they can be reached at 914-244-3500. They are located in Upper Westchester County, NY and my fire distric had used them in the past as most do in this area and they are a great operation.
Hope this helps you.
Happy New Year.

Bob

Metrocom is great, no first hand experience there but live right near them and heard great things.

Also, I would talk to your chief/captain first, as I know some departments program their own pagers, and if not they can often get it programmed at the county department of emergency services, as we do here in Westchester (Bob might be able to second that)

Just be mindful that a Minitor III doesn't have a narrow IF if you're looking for high band or UHF. It might not be a reliable decode.

If you're on low band, nevermind.

Oh! I just looked them up. It's the same Metro-Com from like 30 years ago. By all means!
