Regarding the last sentence from above: I have to be more specific....In analog RX/TX only if we compare XTS3000 and HT1000, are they the same? For ex. XTS has better sound quality may be better in receiving or transmitting....

Regarding digital RX/TX for XTS3000 :can it function only in pure digital or it has to be P25 or trunking ?

Depending on the flashcode, an XTS3000 can do digital (P25) conventional and/or P25 trunking.

The digital mode that it does is P25. There is no other digital versions of this radio.

Likely they would be similar, maybe a slightly better sound from the XTS, but that would be mostly subjective. In other words, ask 10 people and you'll get 11 different opinions.

Using both, I haven't noticed a big difference. I wouldn't hang to much of your decision on the audio quality.

No, those are excellent questions, and it would be foolish to purchase a radio without asking them. The technology can be confusing.
