Motorola XTL2500

I am the fleet manager for a 300 Officer Police Department with approximately 200 cars (marked and unmarked). I am looking for several H1817A Conversion kits. These kits convert our Motorola XTL2500 radios from two piece to one piece. I contacted our telecomm provider, who ordered 10 of these, but I am told that it may take 4 to 6 weeks to get them. I need them much sooner. Does anyone out there know how i might acquire several of these.
