First question, what's your "base control"?

I've only used CDM1250's as a base. What I have done is programmed some sort of unique number in the HT750. And somewhere in the software of the HT750 is a way to program the radio to TX a data burst that will display your unique number on the CDM1250.

I don't have the software here, sorry not too specific on how to do it.

Default

First, set up a MDC system. Signalling --> MDC System --> MDC System 1 --> On the Basic Tab, enter your four digit primary ID number. (DO NOT change any other settings from default.)

Then, point your personality at the MDC: Conventional Personality --> Personality #?? --> Signalling Tab -- > Transmit System, use the dropdown and select MDC-1

On the Personalities, Basic Tab, make sure you have the bandwidth set to 12.5.

That's it.
