I put the knob on today and the charger and battery are going to arrive today, (Happy Valentines day to me ) But i took some simple green and sprayed it on a rag and cleaned it off pretty good, it looks nice.
Most of the black stuff was soot from a fire, when i opened the box and took the radio out, it smelled like a wood burning fire, but i tested all the functions and we are good to go. I wish it was flashed for P25, but i am using it conventional anyway.
