Default Motorola MODCOM dispatch console

Hello everyone,I looked through all of the Motorola posts and couldn't find anything on vintage Motorola equipment.I am a Firefighter/EMT and I collect, restore and display vintage public safety equipment.I am trying to find any information on a mid 1970's Motorola MODCOM dispatch console.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Motorola MODCOMs were very popular in my county. One police department received their MODCOM late in 1970, while the county sheriff purchased a newer edition in 1977 for their teletype operator position. The big difference between the two, was the older one had flashing lights, while the newer edition used LEDs like their Centralcom consoles did. Also, one of the fire departments had one they purchased in 1973.

Here is the 1970 edition.

Hello all,I'd like to restart this thread.I am still needing any info available on this console. My goal is to power it up but I'm not exactly sure how. There are two heavy quage red and black cables run to what appears to be a power supply mounted inside the console. There is a small factory mounted 120 v receptacle strip but nothing is plugged into it.Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
