Default Need Help Identifying This Charger...

Picked up another HT-1250 at a local Hamfest for cheap. It came with a drop in charger, like none I have ever seen. The first pic is the front display. I have NO IDEA what these letters mean. The second picture shows a switch in the back. It has the letters " H/L on it. Anyone know or ever see one of these? I could not find any info on it anywhere. The picture was taken with the radio charging and the switch in the L position.
Switching to the H position, causes the charger to turn on a yellow light on the Y-DI left side! The red light stays on regardless of the position of the rear switch! I'm stumped! Any takers on this one?

It's a China knock off charger.. They are available for everything from Kenwood to Icom to Motorola.. None are actual "Branded" items.. The H/L is High rate Vs. Low Rate (trickle) charge.. THEY ARE NOT VERY RELIABLE so be careful with unattended operation.

I thought so but I was not sure. It's not going to see any more use unless my main charger fails. I used it today just to test it out. It just bugged me that I could not find any pictures or info on it. Thanks a million!
