Default Programming help

So this may be a long shot, but i've been struggling for the last couple days. I have a VHF and UHF programming file for a motorola XPR 6550, and I'm trying to program a Baofeng GT3-WP to match it. My problem is I don't have the correct CPS from motorola to read the files. Is there a way to convert the files to a spreadsheet of some kind, or someone who I could send the files to that would put them into a spreadsheet? I'm trying to avoid paying a ton to get the MOTOTRBO CPS. I'm doing the programming for a local VFD who's trying to save some money. Thanks in advance for any help!
