Default DTMF decoding & 800 trunking
can a /\/\ MTS-2000 do DTMF decoding on an 800 MHz trunking system? I'm pretty sure it won't do QCII decoding. Someone correct me if i'm wrong.

Do you mean decode the DTMF tones and show them on the display?

well my idea was to use DTMF for radio alerting. for example send a 4-digit string of DTMF which would alert a radio, much like QCII does with Minitor pagers.

I'm pretty sure that you can't do that on any of the Jedis.

No it won't respond to DTMF that way.
