You'll need a RIB, too. That can be had from ebay for around $50. You can make a cable yourself. The software is only available from Motorola - that is, if it's still available at all. If not, you're SOL. You'll need to bring the radio to someone who has the software for programming.

You can get a rib for 30 bucks and a cable for less than 10 bucks. Or you could get a ribless cable for less than 25 bucks and skip the rib box altogether.
