Map27 SDK

Dear All,

This is my first post on the forum and I am feeling rather nervous. I have a 'little' radio experience but not a lot - so go easy on me please!!!

I am developing some software for a client of mine. We have a MPT 1327 network which we will be using the Map27 Protocal to send data (binary and text) across the network...

I am looking for an SDK that will allow me to send the data across the network (I will be writing the software using a mixture of C++ and C#).

I have seen the website -:

Which is exactly what I wanted - but...

1. I cannot get the demo software to work correctly.
2. I cannot get a response from the author of the software!

So its not going well...!

I know that my system is up and running as I have other Map27 demo's that I can use and send small SMS data across the network... but for some reason I cannot get the Map27.net demo to work.

If anyone knows of another SDK that I could use then I would be incredibly grateful for any information.

There is a commercial MAP27 SDK in the form of an ActiveX control available from www.hascom.com.au. It is well proven, supports all commands, even Tait NPD extensions, available for all windows platforms. Can be used from Visual C++, Basic, etc. Have a look, the documentation is downloadable.
