Scanner Frequencies: Sarpy County Public Safety Trunking System, Papillion, Nebraska

This is the link to Sarpy in the database. To answer your question, The Sarpy system is mostly analog. However it does have a few encrypted digital talkgroups. The good news for scanner enthusiasts is that for now the vast majority of calls are analog and unencrypted.
