Sarpy County Updates

I noticed all the updates to Sarpy County today. Is this a new system or is it being revamped/reprogrammed. I ask because that was a lot of updates.

From what I can tell.. it looks like the admin re-labeled the last column.. law-talk, law-tac etc.... Hope that helps!!
