I got to play with a rebended radio from a county FD the channel line up changed a little bit with new channels and possibly new talkgroups
A1 COUNTY DISP
A2 OFD DISP
A3 MED DISP
A4-A11 FIRGROUND A4-FIREGOUND A11
A12-A14 LOCAL CHANNELS (now in zone B)
A15 WCFD (Washington County Fire Dispatch)
A16 FIRE 911
B1 COUNTY DISP
B2-B13 FB2-13(Fire Blocks) these will be used during mutliple FD incident These maybe new talkgroups or just reusing current talkgroups
B14 R2R (Radio to Radio)(now is zone A) this is still conventional unknown if it is simplex DIR no longer appears on the screen
B15 VEHILCE REPEATER (now in zone A) conventional unknown frequency
Zone C is the same as
OPD Channels
The programmers put a sticker saying flashed with a check mark on the radios that have been rebanded.
I did not see MED 9 in the radio. LifeNet may start contacting FD directly on ORIN.
On a side sounds like LifeNet is using talkgroup 210 for the Omaha area, including dispatching.
