Lancaster County Racom Traffic
I am picking up Racom traffic today on 03-065, which is a first for me.
The database shows this a patch to State EOC, anyone else catching this near Lancaster county in Nebraska today? I've been unable to pin-point precisely who it is, but they are using a lot of Nebraska 10 code.

When I was still in NE, this talkgroup was a patch to 453.725 which is the statewide Emergency Management frequency. There is a repeater in Lincoln. This freq is programmed in all NSP handhelds. This may be NSP traffic you are hearing.

I heard a couple of transmission but couldn't make out who it was. The voice, dispatcher, didn't match on the RACOM system vs troop HQ, atleast not to me. I only received the talkgroup on the Lincoln tower.
Any exercises or training going on?

I still haven't figured out who it is for sure. I heard mention of Weston, which is north of Lincoln and west of Wahoo. This morning I heard something about Norfolk. It is coming in scratchy and weak, but at times very clear.
I know its Racom and all, I just wonder it is as I've never heard the traffic before. I figure if it is NSP as much as they like to talk and ID themselves, they'd have done so by now.

This talkgroup is still active.
Didn't hear the unit ID, just heard a male say he was 10-98. The dispatcher is female. The mobile unit was very faint and scratchy. Didn't hear the location.

I don't think it is NSP sounds like a sheriff's department or local PD. A unit just got dispatch to a car in the ditch only caught the tail end no location.
With this transmission the dispatcher was faint and scratchy, the mobile unit was loud and clear.

The frequency 453.725 can be used statewide for Emergency Management communications. Madison county sheriff units will have a call sign 907x (where the x is a deputy badge number). Are you hearing any call signs like this?

I think the id was only 907. Sounded like only one unit was one the system.
Unit "907 Madison"

It is Madison county, at least from what I was hearing. I heard a 907xx-unit last night call "Madison."
