I doubt you'll hear any traffic from NE on RACOM in your area unless it's something that goes system wide.

If a RACOM equipped radio that is addressed to repeaters here in Omaha happens to wander into Montgomery County, Ia., yes you will hear activity/talkgroups associated with that unit only.

There really isn't any public safety used on recom around the Omaha area. The only ones are CBPD and Pott county. Sine Montgomery county is close to Pott county those unit might come over a RACOM tower near you. Those channels are not for dispatch mainly use for unit to unit bs.
