NSP airplane

Good to hear the NSP airplane working traffic in Omaha this morning.
Working traffic on 680. He is doing a pretty good business on speeder.
Mostly getting people over 75mph. Just got one at 92 mph & 96 on him.

They have going secure most of the time to work with the airplane and helicopter.

But real good to hear them in the open to day.

I think NSP is in the process of changing their encryption key or something got messed up. I have heard troopers in Omaha running people on dispatch 1 after telling the dispatcher they can not transmit on dispatch 2. So we might get to hear more radio traffic that would normally be secure for a short time
Has anyone one else heard this in other troop areas or is this just Omaha?

This morning almost every trooper has been going to the department of roads shop in Norfolk for "radio programing".
