I've seen an ever growing trend where groups of entities are now licensing a common frequency amongst themselves which would appear to be a plan of interop.

The common link I see is Public Power providers. To me, it would make sense if they have a plan to talk to each other when they are working together.

Yeah I wondered how they do it cause like even after big storms or that one you guys had up here in like October of 98 or whenever and they sent power crews from all over like Kansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Wyoming, etc. How would they all work together? Makes sense they'd have a common channel to work from.
