The NDI is part of the NV DPS and uses several talkgroups that are assigned to that division. But don't expect to hear much out of them. For security purposes, much of the time they utilize the walkie talkie feature of Nextel phones. When on the radio they are boring to listen to as the traffic is usually very dull.

All USSS and FBI traffic now Mot Astro P-25 digital and usually encrypted

Yes all FBI operations in the state of Nevada are on Motorola's digital Astro format.
