wow! I turned on T4Win and I have logged probably 50 TGs all ready (maybe 10 minutes so far). Also, I have never seen so much activity on a system before. there are sustained periods where all channels are in use.

Keep up the good work. I hope you can put the talkgroups in the database. I hope to get to Vegas this summer.

well, I have logged several hundred so far. TOUGHLIFE has been looking at this for a while and says that changes have been frequent. maybe after things settle down a bit. besides, according to my clock, they still have 3 minutes before they open!!

listening to TG 224 security 1
Steve Wynn: "5,4,3,2,1 OPEN!!! Roll open the gates and let them in!!"
"10-4 Mr. Wynn"
Steve Wynn "lets try to keep a rough estimate of how many people it takes to fill the joint"
"10-4 Mr. Wynn"
Steve Wynn "how many do you think we have on the street?"
"about 8,000"
Steve Wynn "wow 8,000"
"Control all units, Contol all units; Mr Wynn will let us know when we are at capacity"
very intersting. Mr Wynn was also using the call sign security 1 and was giving directions to securuty on letting people in.
####Quoatable Qoutes####
Steve Wynn -"I'm gonna go into the casino and watch it fill"
Unknown- "Looks like we have a bunch of looky lou's in the middle of the casino..."
Jerry-"Steve just so you know we still have full side walks out there. This thing is "a hit!!" (after the figured there were 7500 people in the casino and they closed the doors for a few minutes)
-very interesting-

I like reality radio over reality TV shows. I am not a scannerhead, I just like to listen.

Damn.....Wynn's place is now open and the San Remo is going to be a Hooter's Casino? A lot has changed since I was there last December..... Wynn's was only half built and I didn't bother going to the San Remo....but if it's gonna be a hooters now....I'll have to rethink that...

Wow... I used to live in Vegas and right now, sitting here on the East Coast with my relatively new 246T and wishing I was sitting there in front of the Wynn Casino Hotel just a listenin' away and watching the TG activity. I hope someone gets some insider info soon or gets enough info to label all the TGs that are popping up so I can create an ARC246 file for future use in Vegas - I plan to move back there in the next year or so if I can.
Thanks for the current and future info,
Paul

OH COME ON!!!
Now that's just cruel, BJ... sheesh... I'm sitting here remembering what it was like watching them lay the foundation for that place. All the workers, and across the street they were doing the construction on the Fashion Show Mall.
Did they get that damnable display/behemoth/monstrosity finally done, and if so, what the hell is it there in front of the mall on the Strip? It looked like some blimp of some kind, but if I remember correctly it was a tie-in to the monorail system they were going to expand on.
Last time I was there was September of 2003 so I'd suppose some things have most definitely changed.
Now get back to work on the TGs, we're all anxious.

Is there any chance that now or sometime in the future someone who lives in the Las Vegas Valley would be willing to setup
a live audio stream of the Wynn Las Vegas radio frequencies via the Internet? I would be as I am sure other are interested
in hearing what goes on during the day to day operations at the Wynn Las Vegas.
