Default Visiting Las Vegas

I will be visiting Las Vegas during the week of 4/20. I have a Radio Shack Pro 106 with ARC 500 software being utilitzed to program the scanner. I was wondering if anyone already has an ARC500 file that includes the most used PD & FD frequencies for the strip area. Thank-you in advance for your help.

As you are a premium subscriber the easiest way is to download the Las Vegas Metro PD to scanlist 1 and the SNACC system to scanlist 2. You can itemize talkgroup id;s you want. They recently updated the alpha tags in the SNACC system and it is very easy to undertand.

The Strip area FD would be Clark County Fire Dept, the main PD channel for that area is "Convention Center, Bolden or Enterprise."

I'm sorry I don't use arc500, for me it's WIN500. So I can't send a file.

If you're into listening to Fed. stuff like FBI and USMS, put all the common freqs (RR Wiki) in before you go. We heard some fed traffic when we were there a few years ago within about 10 mins of turning the scanner on in the hotel room. All comms then were P25 and in-the-clear.
