WYNN Opeartes on a motorola trunked system, or at least did. So, on that note I'm going to rule out the wynn. Rivera seems like a good possibility for an LTR system. However, take into consideration just because its located at one hotel does not mean it not used for another hotel. The provider may supply various users with radio channels or ltr assignments in the city line area, including the rivera hotel it self.

Case in point:
1-07-046 Should look somthing like this, 07 is the home channel, 01 or 00 is the bit channel, it identifies if their is another system in the area that utilizes the same frequency. And then 046 is the channel.
So, in any case you could have let says a setup like this
1-07-046 Riverera Security
1-07-048 Riverera Management
1-07-055 Riverera Housekeeping
while the other home channel can support another hotel
1-05-040 The Orion Security
1-05-035 The Orion Managenet Team
1-05-045 The Orion Housekeeping
This is an example and no way reflects the actual layout, this why its hard to find the actual user for the speicffic channel. You found the parent company or the leasee that provides communications to various users. Most notable hotels run their own systems, because its cheaper then renting out radios from the comm suppiler. Take a gander at the opearting systems in the database, and this might help clear up what I am saying.
*I myself am playing with the thought of a vhf LTR system, its not really all that hard once you get the hang of it. It definity gives you more options then regualr conventional and is less prone to system hacks as oppose to conventional.
