Default Airborne Speed Enforcement Elko Area?

I have been hearing airborne speed enforcement on the National Interagency 2A frequency 821.512500 156.7 pl this weekend. Only hearing the plane. Not sure of the location. They refer to an overpass. Maybe UHP in Wendover area? They did say they heard emergency MAYDAY traffic and a plane going down in the Salt Flats area this morning. They were not responding as Salt Lake Center was handling it. Interesting...

Default N.H.P. Air to Ground

"FYI" Reno,Carson N.H.P. is using 866.5125 mhz/pl 156.7 hz[8TAC91D] heard them using this channel
on simplex, I would assume if you were hearing them on 821.5125 mhz/pl 156.7 hz that would be input to
866.5125 mhz/pl 156.7 hz[8TAC91]repeater,somebody else might have more info but that is what i have.
It could still be called [I-CALL/I-TAC Nationwide Mutual Aid] and input to repeater on 800mhz would be
45mhz lower, (Example 821.5125 mhz repeater input + 45.0000 mhz = 866.5125 mhz repeater output),
Simplex communications is found on repeater output frequency, but anything is possible maybe some
one else has more info for you.I can only hear Elko N.H.P.Dispatch from my location none of the tactical
communications.

The NHP must be using some grant money to fund this enforcement as most states are making substantial cuts in their aviation budgets.
