While driving on I-15 north of Las Vegas I monitored 151.04 100.0 Hz with voice inversion encryption. Does anyone know if this is used by:

WQJT948 NYE, COUNTY OF - YUCCA PROJECT
1520 EAST BASIN AVE
PAHRUMP, NV 89060-2100

It's the only licensee for 151.04 I could locate in Nevada. Thanks in advance.

I have logged this with Close Call from the Oasis Hotel & Casino in Mesquite. The Mesquite PD also uses voice inversion on 154.845 and receive Close Call hits, so perhaps its another PD channel.

FWIW last week passing through the Mesquite area I logged more voice inversion on:
158.910 131.8 pl and 155.685 210.7 pl
