TRS in N.E.Nevada

I've been listening to several of the Elko area mountain tops as published on this site. I get hits on the NHP dispatcher but NEVER the mobiles. I simultaneously monitor the 155 mhz frequencies and get both sides. My Pro 94B is in the "search" mode and is searching not scanning talk groups. Any ideas?

I don’t think they have the whole trunking thing working correctly here yet. Last time I tried to use it when I was in Elko, all I heard were Reno NHP talk groups. I stick to the VHF frequencies and they work just fine. If you want them, I can give them to you.
