Las Vegas freqs. which list to use?

On the RR website for the Clark County Smart Zone system, there are two sets of control channels listed.
It lists these:
All Control Channels for SmartZone System
858.9875 860.4625 867.3750 868.3375 868.7375
859.4625 860.4875 867.4500 868.4000 868.9000
859.9625 860.9375 867.8000 868.4500
860.2625 867.0500 867.9750 868.5000
860.4375 867.1000 868.0500 868.5500

but in the list with all the system frequencies listed,the control channels in red are totally different. Which set do I use?

I was here in March and scanner worked great, but now Im not picking anything up. Using a Pro-106.

Use the Red ones, the others are from before the rebanding. Also make sure your using band plan for the snacc system is moto800 rebanded.
