Excercise at McCarran tomorrow

The Clark County Department of Aviation will conduct its 2009 Triennial Emergency Preparedness Exercise at McCarran International Airport Wednesday morning, October 7.

This realistic exercise will simulate a collision between a MD 80 passenger jet and a Eurostar helicopter
on one of McCarran's taxiways.

Good time to catch up on those rarely used talkgroups and mutual aid channels.

TG 43603 appeared to be primary, at least from a medical standpoint. This is the first time I have seen it pop up. The FD TG's most active were those that are also active on NYE.
