Freqs. For Multiple Wildland Fires In Southern NV

Those persons in Southern Nevada might be interested in monitoring the fire supression activities for multiple fires burning outside of the Las Vegas area. The largest fire is the Goodsprings Fire which is located in the Mt. Potosi area. As of this afternoon the following were active:
171.6750 R BLM Rangers
419.6250 R BLM Link (Most interesting)
169.8750 R Toiyabe NF
172.6000 R BLM
163.1000 S Common Gov't.
158.8950 R NV Div. Forestry
169.0375 R BLM
169.4000 R BLM
154.3400 R Clark Cc FD Rural (Other Rural Areas)
154.4000 R Clark Co FD Rural (Indian Springs Area)

Thanks for the information. I didn't have some of them. Do you think the the NIFC freqs, that are listed on this site will become active out here?

Southern Nevada Fires Additional Freq.

Add 168.3500 simplex to the list appearing last night as this one just became active.

Add 169.1500 to the active list and ID'd as "Air-to-Ground 1"

Thank you.

Here is another new frequency for fixed wing aircraft for the Goodsprings fire, 127.2750. It is for fixed wing aircraft and is active.
