Seems like he'd need a repeater somewhere near Rachel if he's going to pick up injured aliens. There's nothing on the net about the Northern Nevada Center for Paranormal Investigation. There is a Michael E Jones in Garndnerville with the same phone number as on the application. Maybe EMS is his day job while he looks for aliens on his days off.
