Are these the right frequencies for Laughlin police, or are they on a trunked system?

Laughlin NV Info. & The Southern NV Scanner Book (3rd ed

The Las Vegas Metro PD is responsible for most law enforcement activities in the town of Laughlin, NV which is part of Clark County. They do not have their own PD in Laughlin.
159.1500 is the primary dispatch channel for that area.
159.090 is the car-to-car channel for that area.
Both of the above are repeaters.
The 158.850 may also be active in that area as well as other rural areas of Clark County.
Don't forget 153.965 which is a Metro PD simplex channel that is found in almost all of their radios.

If you want to know more about radio frequencies, trunking systems, radio codes and a lot more for Southern Nevada you might pick up a copy of the Southern Nevada Radio Scanner Book (third edition) which I think is available at Radio World in Boulder City, NV. They do mail copies out as well and their last known price was $15 for the 58 page book. I think the third edition is dated July 2005 which just became available thru Radio World. Their phone number is 702-294-2666. I have found nothing better and it seems to be much more accurate and complete than what web sites have to offer and they have been noted to copy right out of the book. Just my thoughts.
