At the time of posting (1440 PDT) NHP is conducting radio training on LV 4 (05-127) and it is somewhat interesting for those who wish to monitor. This is on the 800 MHz shared radio system.

Does anyone know what "OLN" means when the NHP uses it when doing a traffic stop?

OLN is the standard reference for "Operator's License Number" - In other words your Driver's License Number

Thanks, I figures that's what it meant. I guess using DL for drivers License just doesn't work for them.
