Nye County Trunked Radio System

Does anyone know the status of the Nye County TRS? The system was supposed to have been online a few months ago, but there is no current information available about the status of this wide-area radio system.

Nye county TRS

I have heard control channels on 163.400 and 163.455. The system is supposed to be MOT type 2 and P25 encrypted. I do not have any of the other parameters.
