Another new SNACC Surveillance Talk Group ID identified

I have Identified another talk group worth listening to. It is not listed anywhere on the Radio Reference Database list, however I have identified it as a surveillance talk group.

Just not sure what agency it belongs to.

Based on the number range, I would say it would be North Las Vegas PD. The streets they were calling off would also support that.

Again, like the other Talk Group ID, most of the time it is quite, but is active infrequently.

Can someone help me identify it?

The talk group ID is: 36496
