DPS Capitol Police in LV

On my way home from work yesterday, I saw a DPS Capitol Police car at an intersection. Per the Southern NV Radio Scanner Book, they have a TG of 05-083. However, I haven't heard any activity on that TG. Could they be operating on the DPS Allied TG of 05-123?

Actually, yesterday CP did key up their radio talkgroup sometime between 0830 and 0930. They are a small agency in both LV and the Reno/Carson areas and do not generate very much radio traffic. Most of their transmissions on TG 05-083 will center around their protective activities at the Sawyer Bldg. Yesterday was the first time I heard them speak. If they need to talk to NHP dispatch then they will most likely use the Allied TG 05-123.

I have also heard them in the Late evening around 8 or 9 PM as they get ready to go home.
