SNACC System - Airport Marshalls

Heard lots of Marshall activity out at the airport today.

They are using SNACC Talkgroup ID: 39600

This TGID is not in the Radio Reference Database, so program it into your scanner if you interested in Marshall Activity.

That is the Regional Justice Center under the Las Vegas Marshalls and someone posted that talk group under the new SNACC P25 system which is not true, that system is not online yet.

Yes, that was me, I posted it under:

Clark County - Southern Nevada Area Communications Council (SNACC)

However the admin made an error and listed it under:

Southern Nevada Area Communications Council (SNACC-Project 25) System

I sent them a message and they should be making the change soon.

All the traffic I was hearing today was at McCarran Airport.

Yes just a placement mistake. But LVMPD contols the airport, don't know why the LVM would be there ? I did not hear the traffic but maybe the Mayor or other VIP was there ??

Heard 38736 today which sounded like the LV Marshals, however they were talking about corrections recruits. Could this be for the Las Vegas jail?
