The information you are using is wrong for two reasons: first, the Clark County system was update to a type II long ago, all the talkgroup info has changed. Second, the taxi authority is on the State shared radio system, not the Clark county system. Use the database on this site and find the Nevada State Shared Radio System, that is what you want.

Check out this site.
http://home.wi.rr.com/jts203/3-NevadaTrunking.htm

Select the Clark County S.N.A.C.C tab at the bottom of the page. Look under the Clark County Aviation Department for the Taxi Authority Group Id.

On the same page, select the Nevda Shared Radio System for information for the other Taxi Authority Group ids.

My thanks to the person who made this site. outside of the local scanning guide, it is the most complete list that I have yet to find.

I hope that this helps.

Have great day.

I would suggest you go back and look at the scanner book again. There is indeed a very thorough list of casinos, but there is a ton of information on public safety, especially the N.S.R.S. (DOT/NHP) EDACS trunking system. I have been using Unitrunker to log talkgroup ID's on the NSRS; without the guide I would have a very difficult time identifying many of the talkgroups I log. Also there is information on all most all public safety agencies operating in Southern Nevada. There are frequencies for many businesses, golf courses, and airports too. I can't inmagine that there wasn't information on the type of stuff you were wanting to listen to. Also, the author(s) can be reached by e-mail for further help if you need it. I highly recomend this rescource.

I have purchased two copies now, one to keep at my desk which I have placed in page protectors inside a binder, and a second that I keep in the car, so if I want to look up something quickly while I am driving I know I always have a copy with me.

FYI: Pages 47 to 57 deal with hotels and casinos. All other pages deal with such topics as the LVMPD (pages 3-7), the NLVPD (pages 8-9), Boulder City PD, FD, and local government along with the same for Mesquite (page 10), the Clark County Trunking System (SNACC) (pages 11-17), fire station listings for CCFD, HFD, and LVFD (pages 18-19), EMS frequencies and medical dispatch codes
(pages 19-20), Non-trunked local government frequencies for LV, Clark County, the School District, and Henderson (page 21), a color beat map for HPD (page 22), HPD radio codes (page 23), the Nevada Shared Radio System (DPS and other entities) (pages 24-40), Misc. State of Nevada agencies (page 40), selected US Gov't frequencies (pages 41-42), Nellis Air Force Base including the annual air show frequencies used (pages 42-43), commercial and general aviation (pages 43-44),
ground transportation (railroads, monorail, bus system, taxis and limos) (page 45), motor sports including the Speedway frequencies (pages 45-46), airline ground frequencies (page 46), golf courses and country clubs (pages 46-47), hotels and casinos (pages 47-57) as previously stated, and lastly, selected ham radio frequencies (pages 57-58).

I suggest you take a second look at it starting from the front and view the table of contents on page one for a very brief summary of what is in the book. I also have two copies and would not want to be without the book. One or more persons went to a lot of effort to compile and present the information contained in it. Hats off to the staff of Cat Comm for a job well done.
