Well that is all she wrote. The L indicates local times. R4809A is the airspace over the TTR.
Now we know what this isn't. It shouldn't be Green Flag related. There is no Red Flag at the moment. MAFEX is due very soon though none is announced, and those would be heavies, not fighter aircraft.
One thing they host at the TTR and don't announce are infrared countermeasure tests They have done a few over the years:
