New or Unknown Reno Area Talkgroups WCRCS

As of Sept 01 2013 i have been hearing surveilance traffic on AFS WCRCS 02-093 & 02-104.
Neither of these are on Database.
02-093 might be Washoe Co Sheriff-Northern Nevada Interdiction Task Force.
02-104 only heard half the conversation.
FYI: DEA Reno area no longer is on UHF and have not heard anything at all searching 406-420MHz.
Has anyone been able to ID these Talkgroups?
They were recieved from Site:001 (Reno Simulcast) & Site:002 (Slide Mtn)

Also in non trunking mode i can hear some what may be Provoice on the WCRCS/NSRS Edacs System.
My Uniden BCT-15 may not stop on any Talkgroup Xmiting in Provoice.
Provoice is the Encrypted Mode as far as i know on the EDACS System.
May explain why only heard half of conversation on 02-104?

NDOT & NV ENERGY Simplex use on 800 MHz

Anyone that is interested who listens to Nevada Dept of Transportation (NDOT) & NV Energy Talkgroups.
I have discovered that both use Simplex Mode on 800 MHz also.

WPWR989 for MO use.

Encrypted Talkgroups WCRCS/NSRS

Today i heard another talkgroup where only half of conversation was heard.
The talkgroup not on database is AFS 14-042 and with 02-104 & 02-093 doing same thing.
I scanned the frequencies for Site#002 Slide Mtn in conventional mode and found that most of the conversations were encrypted, then i would move to next LCN in numerical order and heard either more encryption or the in the clear unit i heard in the trunking mode.
Transmissions started out with a very short buzz then complete digital white noise.
These are new i never have heard before and since the DEA UHF repeaters & simplex channels went silent i believe that one of these could be them.
AFS 14-042 is active now at 11:35 AM Oct 04 2013 with at least three units tailing a vehicle eastbound I-80, thats all i will say for details heard so not to burn covert ops or violate RR Policies.
Anyone have any ideas who they are?
I think 02-093 could be WCSO-NORTHERN NEVADA INTERDICTION TASK FORCE.
02-104 heard last weekend and 14-042 discovered today Oct 04.
