For the Convention Center, try 154.8600 and 153.9350 (license KFN595). Also try 855.5125 and 858.2375 (WPEB486). For the Sands Expo Center, I found four licenses: WNVC418, WPLY951, WPPV380, and WPTW653. There was also a license for GES Exposition Services (probably does work at the Sands) for some 935-940 band frequencies, but I can't find it in the FCC database now. I'd search this band, looking for an LTR system. For the Alexis Park, check out WQDZ413. Hope this helps, and let us know what you find.

153.9350 got a lot of traffic ;-) and this is at 11:38 PM , theres a lot of chatter about towing trucks and theres a sarge ( for a sec i thought this was LVMPD) i guess it might be the cops that work the convention or security ???

Yeah, I think that's the main convention center security frequency (with a 67.0 tone, I believe).

LVCC & Metro PD Traffic Channel
During any major convention the LVMPD traffic section appears with many motor units to aid in traffic control. Much of the time they can be heard talking unit to unit on 155.4600 and will often get rather informal. Depending upon your location you may or may not be able to hear them, but it is worth a try.
