NHP often uses their old radios in the simplex mode on 155.7900 in Southern Nevada for speed enforcement involving an aircraft and ground units. Usually when they do this they are operating just outside of the Las Vegas valley. So don't forget to program this frequency.

Metro is using the traffic channel for the DUI check points.(155.4600) Good conversations last night. Also the new frequency which is being used by the strip units last night is 159.000. These units were the strip units only and not working off S. Central. From what I heard mostly the Mary units and bikes.

159.0000 is the Southern Highlands channel that is currently being used for Safe Strip
