Default PSNH Frequencies

Can someone explain how PSNH frequencies work? In all my years of listening I never quite understood how they work. They seem to have 'truck' and 'dispatch' frequencies? Nashua has two frequencies...

And what does Merrimack use? I'm not sure where they're out of. (And 158.25 seems used everywhere with different PLs?)

Nearby, I see:

158.250 - Nashua
159.750 - Nashua
161.190 - Manchester
158.265 - Bedford

I'll load 'em all up and see what develops, but I wondered if anyone could give me any guidance.
