This site (Radio Reference) has some good information. There has also been some very extensive work done on Scan New England (www.scannewengland.net). SNE is probably the most comprehensive site out there at the moment. There are also Yahoo Groups w/database info and in an earlier forum (through direct e-mail) process for everything scanner. If you look up "New Hampshire Scanner" in Yahoo Groups, you should find a few.

I'd start w/here and Scan New England which will answer almost anything that can be asked. I can offer a few tid-bits here for Concord itself.
