Default Fire Alarm med codes

I heard a new code tonight "Omega". I'm still unclear as to the priority, if alpha is highest priority or lowest?

John Marcel, can you help me out here?

Omega is supposed to indicate there is no injury or medical emergency, but the person needs medical assistance. Usually it's a lift assist. It'd be the lowest level of severity. We have no procedure for it so it's always a standard emergency response. One reason is often we determine the person really is hurt and needs transport.

Alpha is Lowest priority and Echo is Highest priority.

Stay Safe,
