Default 2 new APRS IGATE's near Concord

To all those who are interested in APRS, if you haven't noticed there are now 2 new IGATE's near Concord. One is mine which is located near the intersection of Rt. 77 and Rt. 13 in Dunbarton which covers I-89 from exits 2-6, most of Concord and Hopkinton, and parts of Bow, Dunbarton, and Weare. K1LYV has his IGATE near downtown Concord which covers I-89 from exits 1-2 and a small portion of the downtown area. This in addition to N1IIC's Digi have added a good deal of coverage to the south-central part of NH.

Just thought I'd throw that out there if anyone is interested or was thinking about getting into APRS.

I've been out of APRS doe awhile. How is the general node coverage around the Concord area? I think there used to also be a digipeater on Kearsarge. But don't know if still there.

I've done quite a few tests with my mobile rig since I deliver food in Concord every night. For the most part my station covers the entire Concord area, the exception being the side streets in downtown Concord where there are tall buildings. I get coverage on all of Loudon Rd, Clinton St, Pleasant St, etc, as well as East Concord, part of West Concord, and the major highways/routes.

Kearsarge is gone. It was taken offline some time ago.

My igate (receive only) is now offline. KB1POR and N1IIC both offer much better coverage than I can provide due to a high noise floor and antenna restrictions.
